Plant - 100,000 sq ft of office, manufacturing and warehouse facilities
Forging - (2) presses up to 1,000 tons, 12 hammers up to 10,000 lbs
Rolled Rings - (3) vertical ring mills with maximum capacity of 70" OD x 36" FACE, depending on grade
Materials - carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, titanium, hi-temp alloy, aluminum
Sawing - hack, band, abrasive and carbide saws with a maximum cutting capacity of 24" square
Heat Treat - 9 furnaces with a max capacity of 25,000 lbs x 30 ft long
Machining - adequate facilities and machines to rough machine, bore and trepan your forgings
Quality Control - in-house and contract testing facilities enable us to maintain standards to Nuclear, Aerospace and other industry specifications, ISO 9002
